AMBER D'MOUBRAY
Amber has received this award for showing great stoicism in her attitude to achieve at a high level in her netball. Facing several rejections over the past 2 years Amber continued tirelessly to work so hard against all the odds when in March she failed to secure a place in the Regional Performance Academy, where most would have "hung up" their boots Amber continued to work to achieve her goal. Amber continued efforts has now seen that optimum reward when last month Amber was selected into the NPL squad for London Pulse and is looking forward to her next goal of playing in the National Performance League in January. Well done Amber!

GEORGINA ELLSON
George has worked extremely hard on her overall fitness and netball skills and has improved tremendously through her sheer hard work and determination to improve.  George is also totally committed to training and match play, which in turn has seen her develop into a good squad team player.  Keep it up George!!

SARAH OGUNKO
Sarah has had an exceptional year to date with her netball. In achieving a National Performance League squad place for London pulse and gaining a successful nomination to National Screening which has seen her win a place in the coveted England U17 squad. Despite all of this success Sarah remains an enthusiastic & committed member of the club who continually shares her training ideas and programmes with her co players. A huge Well Done Sarah - wonderful achievements a fine reward for all the hard work.

ALLI HOUSLEY
Ally has had an exceptional year to date with her netball. Which began by her retaining a place in the Regional Performance Academy as part of the EN Performance Programme, achieving a National Performance League squad place for Surrey Storm, gaining a successful nomination to National Screening which has seen her win a place in the coveted England U17 squad. Despite all of this success Ally remains an enthusiastic  & committed member of the club who continually shares her training ideas and programmes with her co players and who helped bring our Telstars u16 squad home with a bronze medal at the National u16 Championships in May 2016. A huge Well Done Ally - wonderful achievements a fine reward for all the hard work

TARA HEALY
Tara always is totally committed to work hard at training and plays to the best of her ability, she is hard working and always has a desire to win. A great listener, she takes new ideas on board from her coaches and puts them into practice. Tara continues to improve as her confidence grows, never gives up, she is a solid team player

MORENIKE TOMORI
Morenike  has shown huge commitment to the club by encouraging and supporting the juniors as a volunteer helper and on a personal level she has worked hard and persevered with her training and is now a key member of the Telstars U16 squad and a member of the Kent Netball U17 Academy.

AMY OMAKOBIA
 Amy always trains and plays to the best of her ability, she’s hard working and always has a desire to win.  A great listener, she takes on new ideas on board from her coaches and puts them into practice.  Amy is always improving and never gives up. Always poilte and a very friendly member of her team.  She always has a big smile on her face and is always laughing.  A good solid team player, even in times of adversity.

DAMARYS BALDEN
Damaarys has work really hard all season and has shown great dedication to her club.  She has improved her play dramatically and through county U14 level competition and has recently played for Telstars U16’s regional squad, where she proved to a a key player and made her mark at playing at a higher level.  She is a key part of the U14 defence line-up and an established goal keeper/goal defence.  Well done
