Cassandra has had an exceptional year to date with her netball. In achieving a place in the National Performance League U19 squad for London Pulse and also gaining a successful place this season in the Telstars Senior Premier League squad for 2019-2020. Cassandra remains an enthusiastic & committed member of the club who continually shares her training ideas and programmes with her co players. A huge Well Done Cassie - super achievements and a fine reward for all the hard work.


Ellen is totally committed to work hard at training and plays to the best of her ability, she is hard working and always has a desire to win. A great listener, she takes new ideas on board from her coaches and does her upmost to put them into practice. Ellen continues to improve as her confidence grows, never gives up, she is a good team player. Well done Ellen keep up the good work.



Millie has improved greatly over the last year. Always motivated, always a tough battler, never showing signs of defeat, never complaining, totally committed. She always shouts for her team mates and encourages others to do well. She is a super front court player and has worked extremely hard in the u16 regional squad this season and made her mark as an established goal shooter with heaps of potential, all looks good for future seasons ahead. Well done Millie. 


Rosie has worked hard all season and shown great dedication to her club and her netball. She has improved dramatically and has moved steadily through the Kent County Senior League & NWK Div 1 fixtures learning the craft of a solid mid court player. All the hard work has paid off as recently Rosie  has been selected to represent  Telstars Senior Squad in the National Premier League.  Well done Rosie keep up the good work.


Naveen always trains and plays to the best of her ability, she’s hard working and always has a desire to win.  A great listener, she takes on new ideas on board from her coaches and puts them into practice. Naveen continually seeks advice has to how to improve her skills within the game of netball and never gives up. Always polite and a very friendly member of her team. A good solid team player, even in times of injury adversity. Well done Naveen keep up the good work.


When Lydia first joined Telstars she was an extremely shy young lady, but over time has been quietly determined to improve not only her netball skills but also her confidence. To the extent that over the past few months we have seen a remarkable improvement and can now see Lydia communicating with her team mates and her coaches, this confidence has also seen Lydia’s netball skills improve to the level that now she has been selected to play in NWK League matches for Telstars . Well done Lydia a fine reward for all your hard work – keep going!
